We turn the coveted ingredient, along with other high-quality ones from back home, into irresistible baked pastries like olive pies, multi-cheese puffs, halloumi fries, pasta bowls and buns. With perfect temperature control, it creates flaky crusts and soft, fluffy centers, filled with the best of mediterranean flavors. All made in house.
Sweet Treats
Even though our bakery defies tradition, we still had to experiment with our star product in combination with sweet flavors. We came up with a handful of delightful sweet treats that warm the heart, with ingredients directly from the home of Halloumi, Cyprus, such as Anari cheese, tahini and carob honey.

Coffee
Pastries without coffee is like coffee without pastries; why separate soulmates? We use only specialty-grade beans, the top 6–8% of the world’s coffee harvest. They’re imported green and roasted in-house via our partner, Maillard, to bring out the richest, boldest flavor in every cup.
