We turn the coveted ingredient, along with other high-quality ones from back home, into irresistible baked pastries like olive spirals, bagel bites, multi-cheese puffs, and halloumi fries. With perfect temperature control, it creates flaky crusts and soft, fluffy centers, filled with the best of mediterranean flavors. All made in house.

Sweet Treats
Even though our bakery defies tradition, we still had to experiment with our star product in combination with sweet flavors. We came up with a handful of delightful sweet treats that warm the heart, with ingredients directly from the home of Halloumi, Cyprus, such as Rose Cordial, Tahini and Fig Paste.

For heartier cravings, take a bite of our full-size creations. Golden-crisp Halloumi Grilled Cheese Sandwich, flavor-packed Chicken Gyro with Halloumi Fries, Protein Pesto Pasta Bowl, Turkey-Mushroom-Halloumi Quesadilla, and more, crafted with quality ingredients and inspired by the flavors of home. All made in house.
Coffee
Pastries without coffee is like coffee without pastries; why separate soulmates? We use only specialty-grade beans, the top 6–8% of the world’s coffee harvest. They’re imported green and roasted in-house via our partner, Maillard, to bring out the richest, boldest flavor in every cup.
